Be Chiropractic is seeking a switched-on Chiropractic Assistant with a bright and bubbly personality with great positive energy to join our busy Chiropractic practice in Lindfield, Sydney. You must love working with families and children.

  • A person with excellent computer and internet skills. Previous administration experience and promotional / marketing skills, including social media, is desirable.

Your role includes:

  • Phone and face to face client relations.
  • Support the Chiropractors during treatment
  • Front desk duties: Helping clients with payments and their appointment schedules, creating reports and filing
  • Stocktake and ordering of products
  • Maintaining office presentation and general cleaning duties
  • Involvement in health education and marketing for the practice including newsletters, social media content and organising projects

What’s On Offer

This position is approximately hours 12+ and will initially comprise of the following hours:

Thursday: 8:15am to 12:15pm; 2:45pm to 6:45pm

Saturday: 8:15am to 12pm

Plus admin hours and meetings over lunch breaks.

Please allow some flexibility for an occasional later finish. There will be an option of more hours becoming available as the team grows.
